Day 10 - Just Dance is useful for something

I feel like I didn't put much effort into my bodyweight workout, but at least I did do a cardio session before it. Just Dance is good for something! Even my arms are tired by the end of it. It's totally underrated as an aerobic workout. I think I'm half-assing it because I feel I half-ass the warm-up.
